A New Certified Commissioning Authority at LEAF: Mital Patel, P.E.

Our team at LEAF Engineers is happy to announce that Mital Patel has now completed the ACG’s CxA certification available to industry professionals who lead, plan, coordinate and manage commissioning teams to implement commissioning processes in new and existing buildings.

Mital joins our President, Mark Madorsky, and our Vice President Don Richards, as Certified Commissioning Authorities. He is prepared to manage commissioning projects, prepare commissioning documentation, conduct commissioning activities, coordinate operator training activities, complete warranty phase activities, conduct existing building commissioning, conduct on-going commissioning, and are independent and work on behalf of building owners.

Mital has 15 years of experience in the design of mechanical engineering systems for numerous projects including K-12, higher education, commercial, and government. His knowledge covers all aspects of design including load calculations, air-systems selection analysis, primary – secondary pumping systems and the design of integrated direct digital controls.
