LEAF Team Begins Design on New Terry Bradley Education Center
The LEAF Fresno team has begun design on the New Terry Bradley Education Center for the Clovis Unified School District. The project will be a multi-phased project and ultimately house a new high school, middle school and elementary school at one site. The project will also contain a new 6,000 seat Student Activity Center to accommodate sporting events, concerts, robotics competitions and eSports tournaments.
The PBK SIM Architecture team from Fresno will be handling the design of the project(s) and the first phase will be the high school and middle school complex with the elementary campus coming in a second design phase.
The first phase of the project is expected to be the largest education construction project in the state.
Construction is expected to begin in March, 2023 and opening the middle school in the Fall of 2026 and high school the following year, 2027.
Clovis USD currently has 43 campuses with a total enrollment of more than 40,000 students. The district continues to be one of the highest rated districts throughout the state with continued growth throughout the central valley area.
