LEAF provided new overhead lines extended to a new capacitor bank, removing existing capacitor bank, and replacing on-site primary overhead and underground conductors, installing new primary conduits, 12KV transmission lines, and analyzing and replacing existing distribution transformers. The existing plan serving all buildings on campus was downgraded to serve its 5 nearest buildings. All other buildings have new mechanical yards installed that incorporate high efficiency air-cooled chillers and natural gas boilers. Phase 1 was completed in May of 2017, Phase 2 was completed in May of 2018, and Phase 3 was complete in May of 2019.
