LEAF Engineers provided all MEP consulting engineering services for two replacement middle schools, each valued at approximately $43,000,000. The project scope included demolition of existing middle schools after the replacement was completed. LEAF Engineers also provided complete commissioning services for both middle schools in accordance with the City of Corpus Christi, Texas building code.
Both new middle schools include academic instruction areas, library, art, science, and music classrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria with a platform and administrative offices, all requiring new MEPT design services. Site improvements include storm water drainage, sanitary sewer infrastructure and all associated utilities.
