LEAF designed a new 90,000 square foot call center in Fresno, California for the Internal Revenue Service. The facility will be the central hub for all IRS services for the western part of the country and will supplement the transformation of the IRS to accommodate the increasing rate of electronic filings being submitted by tax payers.
The project design was built out of an existing industrial complex located outside of Fresno. LEAF worked with Ware Malcomb Architects who have offices throughout the U.S. and specialize in corporate and commercial real estate. LEAF also worked directly with the IRS facility team in the overall design.
