The LEAF Houston office provided the MEPT design for the lower level of the Lee Drain Building at Sam Houston State University with PBK HIED. The Lee Drain Building was originally built in 1985. The lower level consists of about 33,000 sqft that was previously used mostly for laboratory and classroom spaces for the college. After previous successful projects with Sam Houston, LEAF was recommended by SHSU to redesign the MEPT for the space. Sam Houston plans for the new space to house Kinesiology classes and labs, while also including administration and flex lab spaces for other departments.
