One of the largest dairy packaging and distribution companies in the nation, HP Hood, awarded the LEAF Sacramento office the HVAC Equipment Upgrades at their processing plant located outside of Sacramento. The project involved site assessment reports to identify equipment needing to be replaced as well as the design and oversight of the actual construction projects.
HP Hood, founded as a milk-delivery service in 1846 by Harvey Perley Hood, is a national branded dairy operator and distributor of milk, cultured foods, citrus, extended shelf-life dairy, frozen desserts and non-dairy and specialty drinks. Based in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, the company processes branded products such as Lactaid, Stonyfield Farm Organic Milk, Southern Comfort Eggnog, Fiber One Cottage Cheese and Milkshakes, and Almond Breeze Almondmilk. Today, the company has an annual revenue of over $2.2 Billion.
