LEAF provided complete MEP engineering and Technology services for Houston Community College’s West Houston Institute (WHI). A center of academic excellence, innovation and engagement creating partnerships with area businesses, public school districts, and universities. The WHI is a true STEAM building that all aspects of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics. It features a designated Makerspace with focused areas for multiple divisions of the arts. The Institute also includes a conference center, Collaboratorium, learning commons, media commons (a one-stop shop for audio and digital media), specialty science labs, instructional areas, active learning classrooms and administrative suites.
