Joe Daher

Joe is directly responsible for LEAF’s overall quality of work through the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management Plan (QMP). Joe’s supervision of the project team assures that proper allocation of inspection and testing resources are sufficient to accommodate the project design and construction processes.

Joe makes regular project site visits to confirm that the quality and quality documentation complies with the contract expectations and/or established standards and reviews being performed on the project. He also guarantees that subcontractors either abide by the Quality Plan or submit their own QA/QC plans, which are reviewed and expected to meet the proper specifications and modified if necessary.
