Mark Madorsky PE, CXA, LEED AP BD+C

Mark has served as President of LEAF Engineers since 2002. Mark is a recognized national expert on MEP engineering, sustainable design practices, NetZero solar project development and Next Generation technology environments. He oversees all LEAF mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology systems engineering operations. LEAF expanded their services offerings in late 2020 to include enhanced IAQ design and post-COVID reopening HVAC consulting.

Under Mark’s leadership, the firm has expanded to over 100 employees with MEP engineering operations across Texas and several other states, including Oklahoma, California, Illinois, Michigan and Louisiana.

As president of LEAF Engineers, Mark serves as the corporate team manager and senior client executive. He oversees all LEAF mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems engineering projects. Additionally, Mark establishes LEAF Engineers’ corporate vision and culture, providing key leadership and strategic direction for all of LEAF Engineers services.
