Matt has been a LEAF team member since 2006. As a project manager for LEAF, he is responsible for projects from schematic design through construction and close-out. In this role, Matt is responsible for seeing that project scopes of work and documentation meet client needs and established budgets. In addition to ground-up construction and renovations, Matt works with clients to develop assessments of their existing facilities, helping them identify and prioritize needed improvements.
His experience includes projects for varying clients spanning the K-12, corporate, commercial, and higher education market sectors.
