LEAF provided full MEP services for the Arbor Building Office Addition at the University of Houston- Clear Lake including the coordination of angle frames for HVAC units, exhaust fans, roof hatches, chill water lines, layout and installation of electrified door hardware with connections to power supplies, building safety, and security systems. Additional MEP work completed includes all electrical distribution and motor control equipment and accessories required to distribute electrical power to all motors outlets and systems. Mechanically testing, adjusting, and balancing of air systems, hydronic piping systems, refrigeration systems and the measurement of the final operating condition of HVAC systems was conducted. Lastly, a complete sanitary drainage system, domestic water piping system, pipe handers and supports for equipment, and acid waste and vent piping was including in the renovation.
