LEAF Engineers is providing full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology design for a 440,000 square foot facility. It will accommodate 3000 students. The project has VRF Air Conditioning system for the Administration area and Geothermal for the Classrooms and is designed through a performance specification. LEAF used an ionization type air treatment system to reduce the outside air.
