After conducting an assessment of the Central Plant LEAF Engineers, the scope of services included: demolition of existing chiller equipment, condenser pump, zone pump, ice tanks, associated controls and associated piping; demolition and replacement of existing roof drain piping; upgrades to one cooling tower; installation of new chiller, condenser pump, and zone pump equipment, controls, and associated piping; demolition of existing ice tank housekeeping pads and slab repair and build-back of housekeeping pads as required for new equipment; installation of new structural piping supports; installation of new and reconfiguration of existing interior lighting fixtures; and installation of new exterior access doors.
