LEAF Engineers designed a new HVAC system of variable-air-volume units with reheat terminal units providing individual zone temperature controls for each instructional space. A complete system of LED lights with daylight harvesting controls was included. LEAF demonstrated competence at Stockdick Junior high School with the water cooled central plant design for a multibuilding campus environment with shared central MEP services.
