LEAF provided all MEP and technology systems consulting services for the core and shell and interior build out phased construction packages for the entire project working with multiple architects. The Houston Community College project included: new shell building with outdoor air-cooled chillers and indoor gas fired boiler central plant; central station air handling units, single zone and single duct variable volume mix; 100% LED lighting system; laboratory, classroom, and administrative office building for this four story structure, including process supply and exhaust systems for multiple occupancy types; and high speed data cabling plant with wireless access overlay, security access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems included.
